Museum of Sound & Music

The Chicago Museum of Sound and Music will be a state of the art exhibition, performance and educational facility devoted to the appreciation of aural phenomena in all its naturally occurring and man-made forms. The program for the building will have two main parts: a museum containing permanent and temporary exhibits about sound, and a music conservatory that is open to the public, offering a wide range of individual and group-based musical instruction as well as frequent public performances by faculty and students.
