The land, spanning 9,000,000 square feet, lies in Vasai, a rapidly expanding suburb of Mumbai within an industrial zone. The goal is to create an industrial park with three-story buildings on each plot. However, the proximity to a creek poses a challenge, requiring careful planning to address flooding and regulatory concerns. The design must navigate these obstacles to ensure the park’s safety and sustainability.
The layout includes 10,000 square feet plots, primary roads of 100 feet width, and secondary roads of 65 feet width. Integration of a recreational area along the creek enhances the park’s appeal and functionality, prioritizing space utilization, safety, and community well-being.
