Streets as Public Space
The project "Streets as Public Space" is a joint research effort by Hunnarshala Foundation, Bhuj, and The Centre for Policy and Governance, TISS, Mumbai. It aims to explore the role of public spaces in Southern cities, focusing on themes like vulnerability, social reproduction, and sustainability. The research specifically looks at the streets of Bhuj, analyzing their impact on the city's perception through interviews with vendors, pedestrians, shop owners, and Urban Local Body officials.
