The project falls under the Slum Rehabilitation Policy and employs a prefabricated construction method. The site covers a substantial area of 10,000,000 square feet, with my focus being on a 2,000,000 square feet portion.
My role involved designing the layout for residential towers spanning 23 stories. This included incorporating prefab concrete elements into the tower structures, as well as planning amenity spaces, green gardens, a school, and a hospital for the community.
